We believe that a property left vacant is a huge waste and our role is to let the property quickly and to the best tenants possible. If the property needs modernisation or just refurbishment before it can be let, we are happy to undertake this work. We do not believe it is always wise to hold of with letting and wait to get the 'Top Dollar'

Look at it this way. If a property is to let at 2,000 Euros per month and has failed to find a tenant, we believe it is might be more sensible in some cases to take 1,800 Euros for a quick let to the right tenant rather than wait six months to get 2,000. If the property is vacant for months this can cause owners all sorts of difficulties. We are very conscious of this so we endeavour to let properties quickly, competitievley and only to top quality tenants.

We have tremendous experience in all aspects of the letting market. This ranges from finding top covenant tenants to drawing up leases for both domestic and multinational tenants.

We pride ourselves in the fact that in the last nine years, despite having let over 1,000 properties we have had very few non-performing leases or problems with tenants. This is due to the rigorous due diligence process we undertake before we let to anyone.

Rental leases Of the properties we currently manage, the split between domestic and foreign tenants is around 40% / 60% respectively. Contrary to popular opinion, in many cases it is better to have an excellent domestic tenant than a foreign one.
